NEW THIS FALL!
Fallfest is a NEW month-long community-wide celebration of New Providence, to amplify all the people, places and things that make our town shine. From October 1 -26th, we’ll be building up excitement and celebrating everything that makes New Providence a great place to live, work, and shop.
Fallfest aims to strengthen everything that makes New Providence great–uniting our events, businesses, organizations and people to amplify the “New Providence-ness,” so NP is the town everyone’s talking about, now and for years to come.
The NEW PROVIDENCE STREET FAIR is has been upgraded to PIONEER DAY. Much will be familiar, but with new additions like a beirgarten, kid zones and an elevated New Providence presence.

Are you a Business or Organization?
If you’re a local business (whether you’re downtown or not), nonprofit, or organization, we welcome you to be a part of Fallfest! This is for any group who wants to celebrate New Providence and bring our community together.
By hosting an October event AND grabbing a table at the Pioneer Day, you’ll be part of something bigger, amplifying not only your presence but NP’s as well. Here’s 3 ways to do so:
- Host an October Event: Got something fun or special planned for October? Or want to? Let’s make it part of FallFest! Whether it’s a promotion, a cool activity, or something seasonal, we’ll add it to the Fallfest calendar and help spread the word to get more people through your door.
- Reserve a table at the NPBiz Pioneer Day, October 26th: Want to get in front of a crowd of 1000s and show off what you do? This is your chance to set up a table at the former street fair and engage with your community. It’s simple and a great way to meet people and show what makes your business or organization awesome.
- SPONSOR: Get your name in front of visitors while they’re making memories. Sponsor a kid-friendly attraction and be recognized on signage at your sponsored activity—right where the fun (and the photo opps) happen. Or be a month-long GOLD or PRESENTING sponsor to be seen, meet your customers and stay top of mind.
